Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 and needs no card. It includes 3 product scans a day and 5 similar products per scan, and you can move to a paid plan whenever you need more.
What counts as a scan?
One scan is one Amazon, AliExpress or Alibaba product link you submit to Product Analysis, which compares that product with similar US TikTok Shop products and their prices. Scanning the same product again on the same day does not use another scan. Free includes 3 scans a day; Starter includes 20 scans a day; Pro includes 75 scans a day.
What happens when I reach the daily scan limit?
You can start new scans again when your allowance resets. It resets once a day and the whole allowance comes back at once; Product Analysis shows how long until the reset. To scan more today, upgrade to Starter (20 scans a day) or Pro (75 scans a day). Upgrades take effect immediately.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves at least 20% compared with paying monthly. Starter is $15 a month billed yearly, $180 a year, instead of $19 a month. Pro is $39 a month billed yearly, $468 a year, instead of $49 a month.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrades, including moving from monthly to yearly billing, take effect immediately and you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period; downgrades take effect at the end of the period. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals: your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partly used billing periods, unused scans or other unused features. If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. For questions about a charge, email [email protected].
Which marketplaces and countries does Cartura cover?
Cartura’s data covers US TikTok Shop only: its products, sellers, categories and price data all come from the US marketplace, with prices in US dollars, and TikTok Shop in other countries is not covered. Product Analysis takes a product link from Amazon (any regional Amazon site), AliExpress or Alibaba and compares that product with similar US TikTok Shop products.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and paid by card through Stripe, which processes Cartura’s payments; Cartura does not store your full card details. Applicable taxes may be added. You can update your card, see your invoices and cancel from your account settings.
